Over the years, I’ve developed a powerful, solutions-focused approach that combines Clinical Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Trauma-focused therapies, Positive Psychology, and Humanist Psychology. This unique blend ensures you experience meaningful results from the very first session.

My method targets the less obvious areas of the brain that control stress, anxiety, negative habits, depression, and addiction. By redirecting your thoughts to more evolved and strategic parts of the brain, this approach achieves rapid, sustainable change, unlike traditional therapies.

Our sessions are collaborative, focusing on solution-finding through strict, objective questioning that breaks down limiting beliefs and uncovers your subconscious solutions.

When appropriate, I also employ techniques such as Rewind, EMDR, Transformational Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Solutions Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Rapid Transformation Therapy, Timeline Therapy, and Parts Integration to support your journey towards healing and growth.
